I love to see people set free physically, emotionally, and energetically to show up in their lives and relationships in whatever way aligns them with their intention. I seek to do this by creating a safe space for you to heal and grow. I believe that the quality of our lives is directly determined by the quality of questions we ask ourselves, so I try to help you find the right questions.

I use a variety of tools to help bring about that change in the lives of my clients, based on what kind of healing you are looking for, be that through Reiki, OEI (Observed Experiential Integration, a trauma technique), or Therapeutic Tarot. See our home page for more description of those.

On a personal note? I have been married to the same wonderful man since 1988, am a mother of five very strong young women and grandmother to three fascinating children. I love outdoor activities such as off-roading and riding my motorbike. And deck sitting in the summer with friends. I love that! I have a large capacity for friendship, laughter, entertainment and adventures of many types. All people are on a journey and have lessons to learn in this life, and we all have some role to play. When I was a child, it was already so clear to me that my role was to walk alongside others and to love. I did not believe that it was my place to give tough love or to push people in one direction or another. I am here to provide a safe space for others to be venerable in their exploration of themselves without judgment or criticism.

My path for the last few years has been learning modalities that facilitate healing. I began with auric readings and paintings before moving into the sound healing of singing bowls. I then became interested in the world of tarot, before finally finding Reiki. Through these modalities I help to heal and clear blocked energy and work with my fellow travellers to gain wisdom that was meant to be learned in this life. As a Reiki Master, I am here to journey with you and help you achieve the growth that you are looking for in this life.
